STORAGE
Use your organisation's storage through Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive or SharePoint. FieldMosaic creates readable folders by job, visit, area and observation, and saves the reports alongside them.
Connecting storage is done by an owner or administrator. Disconnecting never deletes your files.
CloudFM Managed Storage
Prefer not to use your own storage? CloudFM can provide managed storage by agreement, subject to approval and specific contractual terms. It is not active by default.

Yes. You choose the jobs, sites and completed visits of a customer, and FieldMosaic produces a single consolidated document.
Yes, with Evidence Requests, an optional feature for eligible plans. The recipient replies through a secure link without creating a FieldMosaic account, and you review the submission before accepting it into the visit.
In your organisation's Google Drive, OneDrive or SharePoint, in folders by customer, job and visit. CloudFM Managed Storage is an optional service, available subject to approval and specific contractual terms. Files are only accessible through your organisation's account. PDF documents stay attached to their observation; the Word report includes the photos.
Yes. Administrators add team members and assign roles: owner, administrator, manager, technician or viewer. Each plan includes a number of users.
Request access for evaluation. Requests are reviewed manually; signing in alone does not create an account. There is no purchase or automatic trial activation in this Preview.
