Analytics is off by default. Necessary cookies for authentication, session, security, language and remembering this choice are always active. You can Accept all, Reject non-essential or enable only analytics in Cookie settings. Missing, expired or incompatible consent is treated as no decision; a new notice version requires a new choice. Acceptance and refusal have the same 180-day lifetime and are stored only on the visited host; Preview and production do not share the cookie. Change the choice in the public footer or the application Cookie settings button. Withdrawal reloads the page to remove provider listeners and block new sends; it does not erase measurements already received.

After analytics acceptance, existing first-party statistics count public events by page and day, form completions, and internal product events linked to the organization and user. These events are optional; refusing does not block the underlying action or its operational audit record. When configured with the public site token, the Cloudflare Web Analytics script loads only after statistics acceptance. It measures visits and browser performance, including loading and Core Web Vitals. According to Cloudflare documentation, it uses no analytics cookies or tracking across websites. This does not remove the need to explain network requests, technical processing or provider retention. Our implementation limits measurement to public pages and excludes accounts, operational records, private evidence links and pages with query strings or fragments; private-page referrers also prevent loading.

With analytics consent, we use first-party session storage to attribute Trial requests to public landing pages, solutions, language, acquisition channels and validated UTM campaign labels. Only the referring hostname is kept; URL queries, fragments, click IDs, IP addresses and visitor identifiers are not recorded in attribution. The first and last acquisition touches are kept for a session with 30 minutes of inactivity, at most 24 hours, ending when the tab closes. On submission, attribution is optionally associated with the access request for 90 days; expired attribution is hidden immediately and removed by daily maintenance. Refusing analytics does not block a Trial or access request. Withdrawing analytics clears browser attribution and requests deletion of submitted attribution using a random deletion-only receipt held in the tab; this receipt cannot track visits. If that tab has closed, storage is unavailable or the deletion request fails, contact our privacy address to delete submitted attribution. Platform administrators can delete it without changing the request or approval. Deleting the account or organization also deletes associated attribution. We add no analytics provider, advertising cookie, fingerprint or cross-site identifier. Existing aggregate measurements already received are not erased by this withdrawal.

Turnstile protects public forms independently of your statistics choice. Cloudflare challenge or Access cookies depend on infrastructure configuration; Access is for protected Previews, not product sign-in. We do not represent conditional cookies as always active. When following a Google, Microsoft or Stripe link, cookies on that provider's domain follow its policy and your choices there.

The choice cookie records the version, acceptance/refusal and timestamp, with Path=/, SameSite=Lax and Secure on HTTPS, without a shared Domain. We use no advertising cookies or browser local storage. Consented Trial attribution uses session storage as described above.
